"Employee Ownership."
Ask Yourself:
If you work for an "Employee Owned company", what say did you have in managment raises?
Did you vote on how your shares were distributed?
Whens the last time you saw what management actually makes?
Whens the last time you asked for a raise? What response did you get? Im sure you have heard it all. Its not in this jobs budget, we just cant afford to pay you that, lets see how this job goes then we can talk. I know you have heard it all. But somehow, there is always money for new trucks, new offices, oh and of course managment bonuses. Ask about those and see how that goes. Or just simply ask, Then how does the IBEW do it?
